AstraGin® + Bioperine®

PUUMP contains added AstrGin® and Bioperine®. AstraGin® increases the absorption of amino acids, peptides, fatty acids, and other nutrients by regulating mRNA and transporters. Bioperine® increases the bioavailability of nutrients and thus also increases the absorption of nutrients in the body. 

Astaxanthin

PUUMP contains added Astaxanthin, which is an extremely strong antioxidant that contributes to reduced strain and increased recovery of joints and muscle attachments during hard training.

Dosage:
Mix 1-2 scoops (13-26g) with 3-4dl of water. Drink 30 minutes before training.
